How to choose data sources?

Give priority to citing original research, competent authorities, original factory instructions and professional guidance. Research interpretation will distinguish between randomized trials, observational studies, systematic reviews and case reports, and explain the research subjects, follow-up time, limitations and known funding information.

What is the difference between "data compilation" and "physician review"?
