BH Clinic · Treatment Concept
Three-phase care plan
Weight loss is only part of the process. Next, we also need to take care of nutrition, muscle strength, and long-term maintenance capabilities together.
BH Clinic Remodeling Plan · THREE PHASES
From losing weight to maintaining the results.
Start, optimize, and maintain: at each stage, adjust the focus of medications, diet, and training together.
- Phase I · Startup period
Let weight loss start steadily
Evaluate medication, establish a eating rhythm, and also take care of food intake and body adaptation.
Understand the startup period → - Phase II · Optimization period
Keep up with nutrition and muscle strength
Rearrange diet, training and medication as weight and physical strength change.
Understand the optimization period → - Phase III · Maintenance period
Keep the results in your life
Find a balance that eats enough, moves steadily, and can be maintained for a long time.
Understand the maintenance period →
The stages are adjusted according to the body's response and follow-up evaluation. The number of weeks is not the same for everyone, and discontinuation of medication is not the standard for completing the treatment course.
Read the full three-phase reinvention plan →The three stages are BH Clinic's way of arranging the focus of care, not a fixed ascending and descending medication schedule. Whether to enter the next stage depends on weight trends, appetite, nutrition, physical strength and health status.
PHASE I · Startup period
Let treatment be connected with daily life first
Understand the medical history, current medications, dietary and activity habits, and then let the physician evaluate appropriate treatment. The focus at this stage is to be able to adapt to your body, be able to eat your meals, and know how to ask for help when you feel uncomfortable.
- Drugs:Start and gradually adjust according to the applicable instructions and doctor's instructions. Do not use medium and high doses as the starting point for everyone.
- Diet:Establish regular meals and protein sources, and adjust calories and portions based on nutritional status.
- Activity:Start with the walking and muscle-strengthening exercises that you can do, and gradually add them according to your physical ability. There is no need to wait for the next stage.
- Key points for follow-up consultation:Appetite, gastrointestinal discomfort, fluid intake and daily physical strength.

PHASE II · Optimization period
Improve diet, muscle strength and efficacy together
Re-examine meals, activities, and treatment schedules as weight and lifestyle changes. The focus is on finding ways to continuously improve your health and taking care of your strength and nutrition.
- Drugs:Evaluate whether to adjust the comprehensive effects and side effects, and do not automatically reduce the dose based on the stage name.
- Diet:Reviewing actual intake and training needs, protein targets are converted by the team into achievable portions per day and at each meal.
- Activity:Gradually establish a regular schedule for aerobic and muscle strength, and pay attention to recovery.
- Key points for follow-up consultation:Weekly weight trend, waist circumference, physical strength and health indicators to track as needed.
PHASE III · Maintenance period
Keep health achievements in your life
Once you get close to the jointly set goals, gradually shift to diet and activities that can be maintained for the long term. After reaching the target, you still need to follow up; when the weight comes back, you can adjust it early, and you don’t have to wait until you return to your original weight before seeking help.
- Drugs:Based on the discussion of benefits and risks of continued treatment, discontinuation is not a necessary endpoint for everyone.
- Diet:Mainly focus on adequate nutrition and appropriate maintenance calories; it is not necessary for everyone to adopt a caloric surplus, and there is no guarantee that gradually increasing calories can avoid obesity.
- Activity:Maintain regular aerobic and muscle strength to meet work, family and recovery needs.
- Key points for follow-up consultation:Increased appetite, continuous weight gain, or fatigue, inability to eat, and decreased function.

BEYOND THE TREATMENT
After reaching the standard, you will not be left in the blank period.
BH Clinic's care does not end with the "last shot". During the maintenance period, we will continue to pay attention to weight trends, appetite, diet, muscle strength and metabolic status; if necessary, we will return health education, follow-up consultations and nutritional products to our daily routine.
Nutritional products are general daily choices and do not replace medical treatment, prescriptions, or a balanced diet. How do I order my protein target?
Protein requirements are related to body size, age, activity level, total calories and kidney function. Please ask your doctor or nutritionist to confirm the weight and daily grams used for calculation, and then convert them into food portions; do not regard the range of stages in the clinic chart as a prescription that everyone must achieve.
Patients with renal disease or special dietary restrictions require additional evaluation. Can read firstProtein food and nutrition label conversion, bring commonly eaten products to the discussion.
Care structures and data sources
The three stages are the way BH Clinic organizes the focus of care, and it is not a fixed course of treatment verified by a single clinical trial. Phases can be adjusted based on health status; this page does not set the same number of weeks, dosages, or nutritional prescriptions for everyone.
